Rules to order:

a) Cash upon collection (For orders below $30)

b) Fund transfer within 3 working days before collection day (For orders above $30)

a) Collection at MRT stations only. Meet-up points is negotiable if time is permitted.

-Delivery

b) Deliveries can be done for purchases above 100 pieces. Additional charges applied. (For regular size purchase only.)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

1. Can I order less than 6 pcs cupcakes?

Sorry, not at this time.

2. I have a birthday tomorrow or the next day? Can I still place an order?

Cupcaketeria requires a minimum of 2 days’ notice for our orders. If you have a late request, there will be an express charge of $6. Please allow 24 hours for a response from Mondays to Fridays. Also, do allow extra time on the weekend for a response (up to 72 hours). However,do take note that we need 1-2 weeks in advance for any events and custom orders.

3. Does Cupcaketeria ship cupcakes?

We do not offer shipping the cupcakes overseas as we believe in the freshness and quality of the cupcakes that we serve.

4. Where does Cupcaketeria deliver?

Let us know your location and we will advise the delivery fee accordingly.

5. How much does the delivery cost?

Delivery charge starts from $10-$15, Public Holidays $20, Express < 48 hours will be additional charge of $10. There will a delivery price as quoted on the order form.

6. How do I store Cupcaketeria's cupcakes?

All products should be stored in airtight containers at room temperature for 3 days and please be reminded that storing it in the refrigerator hardens the frosting and will dry out the cupcakes.

7. How long can I keep the cupcakes?

We advise customers to consume the cupcakes the day itself. However, they are still yummy for the next 3 days.

8. Do you make personalized cupcakes for different occasions like birthdays, weddings, bachelorette party, baby showers etc?

Yes, we do. However, there will be an additional charge for customization made ranging from $5-$10 depending on the design.
